Francisco Vasconcellos is a member of the office agency team at Lisbon’s C&W. He is responsible for the leasing and acquisition of office space in the portuguese market. He also works directly with the Client Solutions department, representing international corporate clients.
Francisco Vasconcellos joined C&W in the valuation department in 2001, coming from Knight Frank, where he started his career in the real estate business. Later, in 2003, he moved to the retail department where he was until 2009. In 2009 he joined the office team.
Qualifications:
• 1st year of Real Estate Management by Reading University, UK
• European Real Estate Certified Adviser (EuRECA)
• PAGECC – Advanced Program for Shopping Centres Management by Universidade Católica Portuguesa
