On behalf of an international investor, Cushman & Wakefield has successfully concluded the sale of the “Office Oriente” building, located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. Generali Real Estate, acting on behalf of Fundo Generali Europe Income Holding (GEIH), was the buyer.
Centrally located on the former Expo 98 site, the Office Oriente building consists of 8 floors above ground, has a total area of 9,200 sq.m and is fully leased to leading companies.
In a privileged location by the eastern riverside area of Lisbon, Parque das Nações is one of the most modern office areas of the Portuguese capital and one of the most sought after to host the headquarters of major international companies. This zone also includes residential areas, hotels and retail, and is served by ample. green and leisure areas and an excellent road and public transport network.
