Cushman & Wakefield was exclusively instructed for the leasing of offices and restaurant space in the new Decathlon building located in the former Baptista Russo premises on Avenida Marechal Gomes da Costa in Lisbon.
The building, alongside Parque das Nações, is currently in full refurbishment with the completion of works scheduled for October this year.
This complex will consist of a Decathlon shop, two office floors, a food court floor, five paddle courts and parking. The available areas for offices are between 468 sq m and 938 sq m located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, while the available restaurant area is located on the roof with 440 sq m, developing between covered area and terrace.
The Decathlon building has a privileged location benefiting from excellent road access to the Humberto Delgado Airport, the Segunda Circular, A1 and A2 motorways, access to the city centre and public transportation.
According to Carlos Oliveira, partner, Cushman & Wakefield Office Department director, "This is a great opportunity for companies seeking new facilities for their business in an expanding area of the city that benefits from excellent shopping, services and transport."
According to Decathlon, "The opening of this new store in the eastern part of Lisbon reflects Decathlon's mission to make sports accessible to the greatest number of Portuguese people."
