Cushman & Wakefield has attracted another international brand to represent its expansion in Portugal, this time round the Grupo Boticário, which includes the retailers “O Boticário” and "quem disse, berenice?". The real estate consultancy, amongst outlets and renovations, have already secured 11 stores “O Boticário” and 8 "quem disse, berenice?" in several locations nationwide.
O Boticário was initially established in 1977, as a small outlet in Curitiba's airport, Southern Brazil. It is currently the market leader in Brazilian perfumery and a leading brand in Portugal, totaling 53 stores already, which demonstrates its robustness and reputation.
Its most recent brand "quem disse, berenice?" - a cosmetic retail brand, specialising in make-up, is currently immersed in strong expansion in our country, and it has already opened 4 stores with several on-going store openings and future openings scheduled by end of 2017.
Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for conducting all negotiations related to new facilities and stores renovations since 2016. Acting on behalf of Grupo Boticário, which stands next to several national and international brands that are assisted by the real estate consultancy in choosing and negotiating ideal locations for their businesses; this place the consultancy firm as an undeniable leader of trademarks representation services in the Portuguese market.
