Cushman & Wakefield recently announced the promotion of 4 employees to European associates – Rita Ribeiro, João Carias, Guilherme Antunes Ferreira and Francisco Loureiro.
Rita Ribeiro holds an Architecture Degree by Lusíada University of Lisbon and has been an active member of the Board of Architects since 2004. She joined C&W's project management department that year, being responsible for the architecture projects developed by the team and for managing the architects. Rita has completed a project management course offered by the Board of Architects.
João Carias holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2011. He began his career as a member of the Valuation & Advisory team, where he worked for 3 years, developing his analytical valuation skills in different segments of the real estate industry. At the beginning of 2015, João transitioned to the Capital Markets department, where he became more involved with Business Space (Offices and Logistics) and Hospitality operations.
Guilherme Antunes Ferreira holds a degree in Land Engineering by Instituto Superior Técnico and a post-graduate degree in Real Estate Management and Valuation by ISEG. Guilherme joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 working in the Valuation and Advisory Department, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the field, having previously worked for several consulting firms. He has been a Board member of the Valuation Professional Group of RICS Portugal since this year.
Francisco Loureiro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and began his career at Philip Morris Int e Ficope. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for 7 years for TDGI – Teixeira Duarte Group as part of the management team of Lagoas Park, in addition to managing other projects in Portugal. Francisco joined C&W in 2014 working in the Asset Services Department, dedicated to office asset management.
