Cushman & Wakefield have recently announced the promotion of 4 co-workers to associates –in the consulltancy firm : António Camilo-Alves, Filipa Mota Carmo (associate director), Francisco Vasconcellos and Sandra Belo.
With a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Lisbon, Antonio Camilo- Alves joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000, having passed through the retail and valuation departments before joining the Capital Markets team. Within this team, Antonio is responsible for the Business Space activity, heading the transactions for investment in the office and logistics sectors in Portugal.
For her part, Filipa Mota Carmo holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing from Escola Superior de Comunicaçao Social and has a post-graduate degree in Strategic Management of Public Relations from the same university. She joined the consultancy firm in 2005 as a marketing assistant and became head of the department in 2009. She is responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of all marketing activities, events, communications and the development of corporate image for the consultancy firm in Portugal.
Francisco Vasconcellos is part of the office team at Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal, and is responsible for the area of corporate clients of the consultancy firm. In recent years, he has been involved with some of the most important headquarters relocation projects for multinational companies in Lisbon. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000, but before joining the Office team, Francisco also went through the retail and valuation departments.
Sandra Belo is part of the retail team, focusing on the high street retail sector acting on behalf of owners, tenants and investors. This department is also responsible for creating opportunities for national and international investors dedicated to this area. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, Sandra was involved in the expansion of the Ibersol group, which has also made her a specialist in the restaurant sector.
