Cushman & Wakefield and Porta da Frente have announced a strategic partnership between the two real estate companies.
The partnership aims to expand the focus of the combined services of the two companies, complementing their core services: Cushman & Wakefield in commercial real estate and Porta da Frente in the residential market.
The partnership will provide Cushman & Wakefield with a greater ability to respond to clients with real estate needs in the residential segment, an area where the consulting firm has not provided services to date. This will be especially important in mixed-use and urban redevelopment projects where the end use is entirely or partly residential.
For Porta da Frente, the partnership will mean better service for customers looking for commercial real estate offers, placing particular emphasis on growing demand from private investors all over the world.
The partnership plan involves not only property transactions but also the regular sharing of information about the companies’ respective markets.
