Cushman & Wakefield has recently leased all the office areas in the Art’s building in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
Located at the heart of Avenida D. João II, Art’s Business Centre is one of the most emblematic buildings in this part of town, and boasts a Valmor Prize for Architecture. Designed by architect Frederico Valsassina Arquitetos, the building totals 24,000 m2 of offices divided into 4 interconnected blocks.
In addition to this space, the complex also includes a four-star hotel, a conference centre, shops and a private parking lot for 590 vehicles.
The main tenants in this property are Huawei, BNP Paribas, DHL and Diageo, amongst others.
