Cushman & Wakefield was the property consultant responsible for the entry of BOUNCE in Portugal. The international trampoline park brand opened its first unit in Carnaxide, near Lisbon, with Cushman & Wakefield advising the company on the identification of the location and negotiation of the space.
BOUNCE, originally from Australia, has entered Europe via Portugal with this first area located in the Alfragide shopping district. The impressive mega indoor trampoline park occupies over 3,200 m², has more than 100 trampolines and provides a range of incredible fun experiences such as basketball games on trampolines, jumping onto a huge airbag and an abseiling wall.
Ana Gomes, associate and head of the industrial and land department of Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal, said, “this is another excellent example of how older industrial properties can and should be used for alternative purposes, creating new dynamics and activities for the benefit of the local population. Contributing to BOUNCE's opening in Portugal was fantastic, especially considering that they chose our country as the launch pad for the venture in Europe.”
