Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of Imofundos on the sale of Alverca Park, an emblematic complex of 62,000 sq.m strategically located in Alverca, in the Greater Lisbon area. This property is funded by Hypothekenbank Frankfurt.
The buyer of the asset was real estate funds managed by Blackstone.

Alverca Park comprises more than 43,000 sq.m of logistics space, including tenants as FNAC and DHL; 14,000 sq.m of retail, which includes occupiers as Pingo Doce, Aki, among others; and ca. 5,000 sq.m of high quality office space available to let.
