Cushman & Wakefield announced the recent placement of Makalos at the Art’s Business & Hotel Centre, in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
The new head office of the Swedish call centres operator occupies 425 m2 on the fourth floor of the building, and it has a specialised team boasting linguistic resources for countries in the Nordic market.
C&W represented the owner of the asset, Credit Suisse, in this transaction.
Amílcar Marques da Silva, associate from Cushman & Wakefield's offices department, said “the Art’s building epitomises flexibility, efficiency, technical conditions and corporate image within the zone of Parque das Nações, and has thus been able to meet the lofty expectations of a multinational company like Makalos”.
The Art’s building, leased and managed exclusively by Cushman & Wakefield, is located at the heart of Avenida D. João II, and is one of the most iconic buildings in Parque das Nações, earning it a Valmor Prize for Architecture.
Designed by architects Frederico Valsassina Arquitetos, the building occupies 24,000 m2 of offices divided into 4 interconnected blocks. The office space available per floor ranges from 429 to 3,191 m2.
