Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by Espirito Santo Property and Stone Capital to lease the retail spaces of the new Liberdade 238 building, located in Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon.
The building, totals 5,300 sq.m and is being fully refurbished into a residential and retail project, which will have 2 interconnected residential blocks, 2 shops in the ground floor and 3 parking floors below ground level.
The shops will occupy a total area of 875 sq.m, one with 425 sq.m and the other with 450 sq.m, distributed by two floors.

Avenida da Liberdade is Lisbon’s most prestigious street and the main brands’ venue of choice, being a reference for local and international luxury retailers. The avenue is ranked on the list of the most exclusive locations in the world, where brands such as Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Gucci, Cartier, Michael Kors, Prada, Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss, Ermenegildo Zegna and others have already established their shops.
