C&W has been selected as exclusive office leasing agents of the Art’s Business & Hotel Centre, located in Parque das Nações, in Lisbon.

Located at the heart of Avenida D. João II, Art’s Business & Hotel Centre is one of the most emblematic buildings in Parque das Nações, awarded the Valmor Prize for Architecture.

Designed by architects Frederico Valsassina Arquitetos, the building consists of 24,000 sq.m. of office space divided into 4 interconnected blocks. The office space available per floor ranges from 429 to 3,191 sq.m.

In addition to this space, the complex also comprises a four-star hotel, a conference centre, street stores and a private parking lot for 590 vehicles.

The range of services available in the vicinity (Justice Campus, Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, Holmes Place gymnasium, hotels, restaurants, schools, International Fair of Lisbon, etc.) and the leisure and cultural facilities and its proximity to a well-structured residential district makes it a prime location to live and work in.

According to Carlos Oliveira, partner and director of the office department of Cushman & Wakefield, "The Art's building stands out from the competition due to its perfect blending of art and modern quality offices and its unique capacity to offer over 3,000 sq.m. on a single floor. In addition the highly attractive financial conditions lead us to believe that the remaining available area will be occupied in the near future ".

This building is already occupied by companies such as BNP Paribas, DHL, Huawei and Diageo, amongst others.

Cushman & Wakefield is also responsible for the management of the Art’s building since 2008.
