Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced the appointment of Bruno Silva as European partner of the firm.
Bruno Bastos Silva, who holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and a graduate degree in Property Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, initially joined C&W in January 2008 working at the Property Management department, before leaving in 2009. After a period at Torque IT (Angola) as Country Manager, Bruno Silva returned to the real estate consultancy as head of Property Management.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2008, Bruno Bastos Silva was the Regional Director, Shopping Centres at Ségécé (Képierre, BNP Paribas Group) for 4 years.

C&W's Lisbon office currently employs 68 people, six of which are partners – Eric van Leuven, Luís Rocha Antunes, Carlos Oliveira, Sandra Campos, Ricardo Reis and Bruno Silva.
Cushman & Wakefield's property management department, headed by Bruno Silva, has 33 employees with 42 office buildings and seven shopping centres under management, amounting to an area of over 350,000 square meters and a rental annual revenue of 44 million Euros. Prominent among its current clients in this service line are companies such as Rockspring, JP Morgan/Imopólis, Pramerica, Standard Life, Credit Suisse, Resolution and IVG.
