Cartier who opened in July has an area comprising of 575 m2 and its elegant interior and architectural projects belong to the French architect Bruno Moinard who is responsible for all their shops around the world.
The Étoile 240 building where one of the top jewellery brand in the world is located was totally refurbished and also have 1,800 m2 of office space to let.
Cushman & Wakefield has been involved with this building since 2011, when our capital markets team sold it to the French private property firm Largetoile, who is the current owner. After that, C&W let the retail space to Cartier and is currently leasing the office spaces, together with B.Prime.
According to Isabella Jurado-Blanco, associate from the retail department of Cushman & Wakefield, who led this negotiation “This complex and large deal was made easier by having the two parties involved from the same country who understood each other perfectly. Cartier has very high standards in any location they take on and Largetoile met them entirely.”
“Cartier looked at all the available units in the avenue but preferred to wait for the right one and fell in love with this corner building that was been redeveloped. The elegant architecture and the prime location of a wide corner building with over a 20 meter frontage were decisive factors to Cartier’s choice” concluded Isabella Jurado-Blanco.
