Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for this placement, representing the building's owner.
Aristocrazy was created in 2010 as an offshoot of the successful jewellery business of the Suárez group, which has been making and selling jewellery in Spain since 1942.
Isabella Jurado-Blanco, an associate of Cushman & Wakefield's retail department, said “Choosing Avenida da Liberdade as the location for the first store of Aristocrazy, the trendy jewellery chain, in Portugal, was a no-brainer due to the image and luxury status of the brand. The leading avenue in the capital enjoys substantial business from national and international retailers in the luxury segments given its excellent location".
Avenida da Liberdade currently has multiple and international operators occupying a sales area in excess of 17,000 m2, of which around 80% are international brands. Fashion is clearly dominant, accounting for 64% of the total area.
Recent store openings include MiuMiu, Gucci, Boutique dos Relógios Plus and Officine Panerai, and Cartier, Guess and Max Mara are all expected to open stores in the near future.
