The Challenge
Zurich Portugal required the valuation of their retail portfolio spread across Portugal.
The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield is mandated to provide valuation services to Zurich for its global portfolio. Considering our previous business involvement with the local responsible, we were also instructed to value Zurich Portugal retail portfolio.
The Results
In 2016, we valued and reported on 15 properties located in Portugal, mainly high street shops, for financial reporting purposes. The services delivered matched the client’s expectations
