- Re-configure the entire space by endowing it with modern materials, clean layout and attractive brands

- Work side by side with architects and management team
- Define a new layout and circulation
- Negotiate with tenants the relocation during the works period
- Lease the new units, mainly anchor tenants according to the new tenant mix defined
The Results
- Radical works took place without the closing of the shopping centre
- New anchor tenants were engaged – C&A, Sportzone, Zippy
- 100% Occupation
- The centre has been renamed to avoid any connection to the previous image
