Worten, who are part of the Sonae Group, were subletting space at Parque Holanda to Sonae MC, and were looking for new office headquarters to accommodate circa 270 employees. They required a minimum 3.500 sq.m and 250 parking spaces
Due to their specific requirements and the lack of supply in this area C&W quickly identified the most suitable office space, the Suécia II building, within the Parque Suécia. This building is also part of the Imopólis portfolio – property fund who also own Parque Holanda. This facilitated the negotiations between the landlord and tenant.
C&W secured a lease contract for a whole building with 4.000 sq.m which was vacant, this places Parque Suécia with an occupancy rate close to 100%.
