The Challenge

C&W was instructed to carry out a strategic analysis to support the acquisition of Dolce Vita Tejo, one of the largest shopping centres in the Iberian Peninsula.

The Solution

A multidisciplinary team was formed which included the Research & Consultancy team together with Valuation & Advisory, Retail and Investment.
In the first phase, we defined the catchment area and analyzed the retail and investment sectors in the greater Lisbon area. Subsequently, a detailed analysis of the property was carried out based on the assets’ potential on a long-term basis. Our report concluded on the viability of the project and potential for improvement in the future.

The Results

Our results supported the acquisition of Dolce Vita Tejo in 2014.
