The Challenge
Syngenta instructed C&W to carry out a feasibility report which determined the best use for their premises located in Leça do Balio, Matosinhos.
The Solution
We carried out a market analysis based on local industrial and residential sectors. This work included field research of property supply & demand and analysis of alternative use, subsequently tested through financial viability of the different scenarios which were previously defined.
The Results
Our research survey allowed to us to determine the market in the area and establish the potential value for future projects.
