The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by Multi Development to carry out a feasibility analysis for the development of a shopping centre in Setúbal.
The Solution
Our report included an analysis of the projects catchment area in order to obtain the consumer potential as well as the existing and future retail supply.
We analyzed the potential estimated revenue in relation to the projects dimension, layout, tenant mix and potential rents, amongst others, and gave our opinion as to the economic viability of the project.
The Results
Our study allowed Multi Development to make a decision regarding the investment internally as well as together with investors and occupiers.
