Konica Minolta – C&W acts as Head Office Space Planner and Project Manager
Konica Minolta instructed Cushman & Wakefield to act as Space Planner and Project Manager for its Lisbon Head Office refurbishment project.
Step 1: Cushman & Wakefield provided full interior space planning in order to ascertain how best to reutilize the existing office space and to give the office a fresh and modern refurbishment in line with the firm’s values and requirements.
Step 2: We then continued our involvement through to the value engineering and procurement phase, ensuring that the most cost effective solution was employed. As we developed cost in conjunction with a recommended contractor, our market knowledge and cost benchmarking skills were fundamental in order to provide a competitive cost for the Client.
Step 3: Our project management skills were essential on this particular project as the works were carried out on both floors while the company continued to operate. This involved careful planning and highly developed management skills.
From the outset the Cushman and Wakefield Project Management team was fully aware of the project brief and provided an extensive design and fit out package for the client.
The end result exceeded the expectations of the client and provided the employees with far superior working conditions and a greater level of job satisfaction.
